Participation as Team Leader or member of the project team in the review and appraisal of more than 40 projects from the port, inland waterways and rail sector in a number of EU countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Greece, Slovakia, Portugal) and countries in Western Balkans (Serbia, Montenegro), providing technical assistance to project beneficiaries to ensure project co-financing through EU Grands and/or EIB.
