The project involved PM/CM services for the construction of the 1st Phase of the new port of Igoumenitsa, including a 760m caissons quay wall, 13 Ro-Ro ramps, 12ha land reclamation, and port facilities. The project aimed to enhance ferry operations between Greece and Italy.
