This project focused on upgrading railway infrastructure in the Port of Constanta. Tasks included preparing tender documents, reviewing the Feasibility Study, amending option and operational analyses, and assessing costs, risks, and implementation schedules. The goal was to enhance rail connectivity and efficiency within the port.
