This project involved upgrading trains for Athens Metro Line 1, including reviewing and amending tender documents and the Climate Vulnerability and Risk Assessment. A new public services contract between OASA and STASY was also prepared to ensure efficient metro operations. The upgrades aimed to enhance service reliability and passenger experience.
