This project involved supporting the Feasibility Study for multimodality at the Port of Bar. Tasks included reviewing and amending demand and capacity analyses, as well as evaluating alternative options to enhance the port’s multimodal capabilities. The study aimed to optimize the port’s operations and integration with other transport modes.
